Finish Argentina Invitational
Friday was the last day of golf at Hummingdale Golf and Polo Club. A parkland style course set around tennis courts and swimming pools was a great venue for the final day of competition. On Thursday it was Golf Club Argentina that hosted our event.
This year WAGA did not have any winners in any of the five categories. Second and third placings were common but no winners! WAGA have a bigger field this year and it was really appreciated. There is a suggestion of a third Argentina Invitational in 2012 and if so, WAGA will participate. Details will be available on the website when they are released.
WAGA proceed to Bordeaux in May and it is hoped that some of our new friends from Argentina will join us. It promises to be a great venue with great golf and wines.
