The Furama hotel is superb and all are totally enjoying the amenities of this fine hotel. Weather is warm but reasonable. The welcome dinner last night was located by the pool and over-looking China Beach. Food was fabulous!

Non-golfers enjoyed a day in Hoi An, lunching in a local restaurant and seeing the sights. Shopping was also a perogative and many will be going back to make further purchases. Tomorrow they go to Mei Son with lunch to follow.

Tuesday was a fine and warm day, first a land breeze and then a sea breeze. Scores were better and Josephine Magill from Australia had 40 points and a handicap adjustment. Only the ladies NTP was claimed.Tonight is the Hoi An “Moon” festival with dragon dancing, lighted balloons and festival activities.

Wednesday – the last day. Golf had taken its toll and 3 players withdrew! Scores were once again fairly high and NTP were placed on all par 3 holes with only 3 being claimed. Alex Asciukiewicz on 5 and Josie Magill on 2 and 14.

Farewell dinner is poolside tonight and guests leave tomorrow for Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi and Siem Reap. Full results are shown above.
